Hello and hope you can help me, please. 1) While I would like to watch a movie in original language (English) from, let\’s say Italian, the option is not available and after pressing the button AUDIO, it shows me \“available satellites\“ (I have a dual feed 13+19 East). 2) YouTube. Properly connected to a LAN cable, I can manage the search, but the clip is not running. Could you please be so kind to assist with ? Thank you so much and kindest regards. Carlo

New remote controls are already supplied with the receivers, so the receiver must have support for the new and old remote controls in the FW.

The selection of the type of remote control can be switched in the settings in the menu/Settings/System settings/ scroll to the bottom with the arrow and there you will find the option Remote control type. set it with the arrow next to the Older type DO remote control and press the EXIT button.

Youtube is not working, the repair must be carried out by the manufacturer in FW.
