May I kindly request your help with a problem in finding the channels \“ZDF HD\“ and \“Vox HD\“ on Astra 19,2° East .
There are other FTA channels on the same transponder (11362 H 22000) which work fine, e.g. zdf_neo HD, but strangely, for those two mentioned above, there is a dollar sign ($) displayed after running a blind search and transmission fails with message \“encrypted channel\“. However, those channels are _not_ encrypted and have worked fine in the past. The problem started when several providers finished the SD format a few days ago and I performed a search while deleting the existing channel list, unfortunately without doing a backup first.
How can I resolve the problem? Could you perhaps send me a working channel list for Astra to upload into the receiver?

Hello,
We tried scanning TP 11362 /19.2E and found ZDF HD FTA, zdf_neo HD FTA and History HD encrypted program. Vox HD is not on this TP. You need to delete the entire program list and repeat the TP or satellite search. You can find the current frequencies HERE.
If that doesn’t work, update the receiver’s FW 1.18.24206 700HD_V1.1…2022.zip in this way and then search and organize the programs.
We do not provide program lists.
